I traded my 2013 Navigator in on the Palisade Limlited. Navigator was a nice ride but had both pros. and cons. I find the Palisade roomy and a very smooth ride. I am 6 feet tall at about 195 pounds 81 years old and I got into the 3rd. row seat just to try it out. I had good leg and head room and it was even better when I reclined the seat. No I don't think you will be disappointed. I feel you will take a " liken " to it just like I did. On the color.. if they only had one combo. we would have no choices.. You like it go for it..!!!

I traded a 2015 Audi Q5 TDI Prestige, Ibis White with 35,000 miles. This will be my first experience with Korean made vehicle. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I also looked at an Audi Q7 but to get it equipped the same as the Palisade, I would have spent $22,000 more.

True about having to spend more... and the 100,000 .. 10 year warranty were game changers for me.. !!

I sold our 2014 Toyota Highlander Limited Platinum AWD to get our 2020 Hyundai Palisade Limited AWD. I liked the Highlander but the look, inside and out of the Palisade is so much nicer and that includes comparing it to the coming 2020 Highlander update. The fact the Palisade is a little bit bigger and has better tech than even the 2020 Highlander is bonus.

I traded in a 2017 Santa Fe Luxury XL with Tow Package with 39500K (24500 miles).
3rd row is very tight in the Santa Fe, nice vehicle but not a true Mid Size SUV.
When test driving the Palisade, it felt like we were back home in our SUV before the Santa Fe, a 2003 Lincoln Aviator.
Pure Luxury and lots of room......
Can't wait to use the Palisade on our annual road trip from Ontario to Orlando.

We traded in a 2017 Cadillac XT5 for a Palisade Limited. The Palisade rides nicer, and has more comfortable seats.

We're getting rid of (lemon law buyback) our 2018 Buick Enclave Avenir. Too many repairs for a defective automatic parking brake that keeps "self activating" while the car is moving, usually shortly after a stop and leaving us stuck in an intersection and once in a drive thru.

I don't see a lot of people coming from the near-luxury brands like Buick, but it does seem like the 2 vehicles are comparable (the Hyundai wins on tech and features, Buick is slightly large). I'll probably start another thread on that to get people's thoughts, but this Palisade seems to me to be right up there so it's strange they didn't release it as a Genesis model... I know there's one coming but when is "soon"? :)

I'll be selling my 2015 Subaru Outback 3.6R when my Palisade Limited arrives. The Subie has been wonderful, but I'm ready for the newest electronic safety and convenience features, more luxurious interior and more cargo space. Looked hard at the Ascent, but was seduced by the Palisade.

2008 Lexus LS460L. Bought my first Lexus in 1990, and have owned at least one and mostly two Lexus cars for the past 29 years. I decided I wanted an SUV this time around, but the LX and GX Lexus' are trucks and the RX grill has got to be the ugliest front end on a modern car. It should say "Hoover" on it. Was seriously considering a Volvo XC60 or XC90 then stopped in at our neighborhood Hyundai dealer. I remember thinking to myself before I even got off the lot during the test drive that this was my next car. Took delivery of a Steel Graphite with Beige interior Limited last week and haven't regretted the decision for a moment.

2016 Tahoe with 54K miles. Loved it, but the repairs were getting tiring for a $60K vehicle with only 54K miles. Already love the better MPG, cooled seats and rear air shocks.
